Egbert is the CEO of Hofstede Insights. He is astute, passionate about his work, known to make complex things understandable by focusing on pragmatic solutions. His main focus is to help global leaders and managers deal with the challenges (and fun) of working in unpredictable and impossible situations and help people professional create more awareness about the importance of people in today´s work environment. If you need an Ice-breaker, Egbert is the go-to guy.
Other professional activities include being the Chairman of the international chapter at the Finnish HR Federation and a member of Amcham Finland (Egbert is the Amchampion of the year 2017).

 

JEAN-BAPTIST LEGER

Jean-Baptist is the CEO and major shareholder of Predict, a french organisation member of the SNEF Group. Predict supports its clients by studying assets, analysing failure impact, designing and implementing maintenance solutions. With more than 20 in the business, Leger will share how was the internationalisation process of Predict to Australia, the challenges of being a start-up in a different country and how they managed to position themselves locally.
